Spelt bread

_MG_9112copy1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp honey or sugar
2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil
1 tsp sea salt
2 cups spelt flour
1 cup AP flour
1 tbsp vital gluten
2 tbsp dry milk powder

Add ingredients in your bread machine, process on dough cycle. When cycle completes, transfer dough in a well buttered loaf pan and cover. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated (350 F) oven. Let cool on wire rack.
