Basic focaccia

_MG_98592 1/2 tsp yeast
3 cups bread flour
2 tsp salt
1 cup lukewarm water
1/4 cup olive oil

Add ingredients in breadmachine, process on dough setting. When finished, transfer in a well-oiled 13×9 in pan, poke indentations with your thumb or the end of a wooden spoon, drizzle with more oil and sprinkle with large grain seasalt. Cover and let rise for about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and lightly browned.
