Sourdough whole wheat rye bread

_MG_3265sm1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 3/4 cups lukewarm milk
2 cups sourdough starter
2 tbsp packed dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1 cup rye flour
1 cup whole wheat Flour
3 1/2 cups unbleached AP flour

Place all ingredients in the pan of your bread machine and process on dough setting. When finished, transfer to a greased loaf pan, cover and let rise for about 45 to 60 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for about 25 minutes, or until the bread is nicely browned and sounds hollow when thumped on the bottom. Remove from the oven, and cool on a rack.
If you like a crusty loaf, spray the oven wall when you place the loaf in the oven and place a pan with boiling water under the loaf pan.
