Roasted garlic hummus

_MG_3431Ingredients:
1 (14.5 ounce) can chickpeas
2 heads roasted garlic
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tahini
juice of 1/2 a lemon
3 tbsp olive oil, or to taste
1 tbsp water
salt and pepper to taste
paprika

Directions:
Puree everything – chickpeas through water in a food processor until smooth. Add more olive oil to bring it to the consistency that you like.
Serve garnished with paprika and olive oil to taste.
