Smoked Gouda and apple tart

smoked gouda and apple tartIngredients
1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed
1 medium apple, thinly sliced ( I used golden delicious)
1 cup shredded smoked Gouda Cheese
Chopped fresh thyme

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut puff pastry into 12 pieces. Place pastry rectangles on a cookie sheet and top each with about 2 tablespoons shredded Gouda and a few sliced apples. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown. Top with chopped fresh thyme and serve warm.
