Kale, orange and fennel salad with walnuts and feta

_MG_75961 bunch kale, tough center removed, chopped
2 large or 3 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and chopped
1 large fennel, sliced thinly
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crumbled feta

In a large salad bowl, massage the kale with the olive oil and vinegar. Add orange pieces, fennel and walnuts, and mix well. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Place in refrigerator for 30-60 minutes. Add crumbled feta when ready to serve.
